the location met expectations. it was very walkable to food and right on the beach.
The staff was disappointing. I found kelsey at the front desk quite unfriendly. she was warm and engaging with another guest while she wasn't with me. the valet attendant also had a blank, unwelcoming expression, definitely not a great start.

Lorelei was a wonderful breakfast attendant. The breakfast tasted delicious. The location is convenient for walking to other places, so I could easily explore the area.

the hotel is by pier 60. i appreciate the comfortable beds. the location offers easy access to amenities nearby. the building has starbucks directly inside.
valet parking costs $29 each day. i waited 5 hours for a microwave to be sent to my room after asking 4 different employees.

I was very grateful for the excellent service from aileen at the coasters bar. She was so attentive and sweet. i really couldn't ask for a better bartender. She took great care of us. mike from security offered amazing service and was helpful plus professional.
i noticed that beach chairs had an additional daily rental fee though they were listed as included in the resort fees which was not ideal!

the location provides direct access to a very nice beach, so it is very convenient. the surrounding area offered shopping and dining. i found the area to be very clean .

There are two pools on the premises, both allowed food and beverages. the hotel offers a bar with music which i enjoyed. The music selection was great. i was happy to see that valet parking was offered.
